The Dynalink Group is made up of various state based companies to create a national network for hardware store supplies. Our task for this project was to create multiple product information folders. These folders are provided to buyers and sales assistances in hardware stores for easy product reference. The challenge with the project was each states version varied slightly in product line-up and pricing. Our solution to this was to automate the data population in the publications, reading directly from provided spreadsheets. The major benefit being, if the spreadsheets are updated or changed, or different versions are needed, we simply re-link the data to a new spreadsheet and the information is automatically updated. This type of document can be printed or provided as an interactive PDF.
